Innovative Full-process Recycling Solution

The project processing flow integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies, including multi-stage crushing, multi-stage screening, wind sorting, magnetic separation, molecular film fermentation chamber maturation, and briquetting shaping pre-treatment processes, as well as oxygen-free pyrolysis technology. These processes not only ensure the refined treatment of domestic source waste plastics but also significantly improve the efficiency of subsequent resource utilization. Among them, the technologies of crushing and separation, pyrolysis, and molecular film fermentation chamber, as the core technologies of Vary Tech, have created multiple technological breakthroughs domestically.

 

Through this complex and efficient process, the project successfully converts household waste into nutrient-rich soil, metals, inorganic materials, and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). The nutrient-rich soil is reused on-site for landscaping, saving transportation costs and contributing to urban greening. The recovered metal materials are recycled back into the production cycle, effectively conserving valuable mineral resources. For the small amount of inorganic materials that are difficult to utilize, the project employs safe landfill methods, minimizing environmental impact as much as possible. The main product, RDF, is directly fed into pyrolysis systems to ultimately recover oil, gas, and carbon resources, or it can be used as an alternative fuel for industries such as cement plants and power stations.

 

Breakthrough Resource Recycling

The project is equipped with 4 large-scale continuous pyrolysis units, with a total daily processing capacity of 600 tons, achieving efficient conversion of waste plastics into pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas, and pyrolysis carbon. The pyrolysis gas is recycled within the system itself, the high calorific value pyrolysis oil can be sold directly or further refined into gasoline and diesel, while the pyrolysis carbon is used as a building material, fuel, or further processed into high-value carbon black products. This diversified output not only enhances the economic feasibility of the project but also provides a variety of usable resources for downstream industries.

 

Stable Operation Demonstrates the Success of Industrialization

Since its commissioning in 2019, the project has been operating stably for 5 years, fully demonstrating the reliability and sustainability of Vary Tech's chemical recycling technology for waste plastics. This long-term stable operation success story not only achieves efficient resource utilization of waste plastics but also creates significant economic benefits. According to the project operation calculations, treating 300 tons of domestic waste per day can generate revenue of $4,400. The chemical recycling technology for waste plastics has shown tremendous environmental and economic potential in its industrial-scale application.

Currently, the company has successfully served dozens of continuous pyrolysis resource utilization projects for solid waste worldwide, with a presence in countries and regions such as South Korea, Brazil, Japan, and more. This extensive international application not only demonstrates the international recognition of Vary Tech's technology but also accumulates rich experience in global project management for the company.
