The pyrolysis oil produced has a calorific value similar to diesel and can be widely used as a clean fuel in industrial applications; the pyrolysis carbon can serve as an eco-friendly fuel to replace traditional coal; and the pyrolysis gas is reused within the system, achieving a cascade utilization of thermal energy, significantly reducing the dependency on fossil fuels for pyrolysis fuel. According to operational calculations, processing 300 tons of municipal solid waste daily can generate revenue approximately 4,940 USD. Currently, this innovative project has been running stably for 5 years, fully verifying the reliability of the technology and its economic feasibility.
