Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" concept and the 3rd National Ecology Day, Hunan Vary Tech Co., Ltd., together with the Changsha County Branch of Changsha Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment (County Environment Commission Office), Changsha Huxiang Nature Popular Science Center, and Changsha County Volunteers Association, co-hosted a public open practice activity on environmental protection facilities themed "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets". Over 40 students and their parents visited Vary Tech, exploring the mysteries of green technology through an immersive ecological education class, helping the "Two Mountains" concept take root in young minds.

At the start, Ximi, head of Changsha Huxiang Nature Popular Science Center, kicked off the event with a lively public lecture Hello! Urban Garbage, opening a new world for students and parents. She explained the hazards of urban garbage in simple terms and outlined the green development path from "use-and-throw" to "circular economy". During the class, children actively interacted, answered questions eagerly, and competed to uncover the "magic" of resource recycling. A parent sighed sincerely: "This is the first time my child truly realized that sustainable lifestyles and reducing waste are the most effective 'magic' to protect the environment."

As a pioneer in solid waste resource utilization system services, Vary Tech has specialized in this field for 20 years, developing three core technologies: mechanical crushing and sorting, oxygen-free pyrolysis, and molecular membrane fermentation tanks. Through mutually reinforcing R&D and investment operations, it has created three models: the "Blue Island Model" for renewable resource recycling systems, the "Green Island Model" for integrated rural environmental governance solutions, and the "Carbon Island Model" for agricultural and forestry organic waste recycling. These "Three Island Models" cover solid waste treatment in daily life, industry, new energy, and other fields, effectively practicing the "Two Mountains" theory and providing replicable, diversified paths for global solid waste management.

The children’s insights are the greatest gain of this activity. As one of the organizers, Vary Tech not only showcased its technological strength in environmental protection but also, through government-enterprise-society collaboration, provided a platform for the public to understand and participate in environmental protection. As one of the first national units to open environmental protection facilities and urban sewage/waste treatment facilities to the public, Vary Tech will continue to fulfill its responsibilities as an environmental education base and public facility open platform, encouraging more young families to participate in ecological civilization construction, and contributing "Vary wisdom" and "Vary strength" to building a beautiful Changsha and a beautiful China.
