On July 25, 2025, complete sets of equipment for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling and dismantling were dispatched in batches from Vary Tech’s manufacturing base to Guizhou Zhengxin Environmental Governance Resources Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Guizhou Zhengxin Environment"). This delivery injects new productive forces into Guizhou’s home appliance circular economy under the national "Dual Renewal" policies (trade-in + new quality productivity).
The equipment will be used in Phase I of Guizhou Zhengxin’s WEEE dismantling project, comprising 4 dismantling lines for end-of-life refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, LCD/CRT TVs, and computers. The project also includes high-efficiency plastic crushing lines.
Upon Phase I commissioning, the facility will enable Guizhou Zhengxin Environment to process 1.6 million units of waste home appliances and electronics annually, including:
650,000 LCD TVs/computers
550,000 washing machines/air conditioners
400,000 refrigerators
Handling 1 million metric tons of diverse waste materials.
This means discarded appliances, once an environmental headache, will now undergo standardized, efficient, and eco-friendly treatment. Waste plastics will be high-value recycled, achieving true resource circularity.
The project’s launch will significantly alleviate Guizhou Province’s shortage of WEEE processing capacity, laying a solid foundation to achieve the goal stated in *Guizhou’s 14th Five-Year Plan for Boosting Household Consumption*: "Reach over 4 million units of annual appliance dismantling capacity by 2025."
In recent years, guided by China’s national "trade-in" policy, Guizhou has not only implemented subsidies for 12 state-mandated appliance categories but also innovatively expanded coverage to 33 additional categories, benefiting more consumers. Furthermore, the Guizhou Work Plan for Promoting Consumer Goods Trade-in (jointly issued by 19 provincial departments including the Commerce Department) sets clear targets:
Robust policies and funding are fueling Guizhou’s e-waste recycling market.
Challenges remain—including technological advancement, secondary market maturity, and reduced subsidy dependence—yet these also drive industry innovation.
As a "veteran" in the field of waste electrical and electronic product dismantling, Vary Tech has been deeply engaged in this industry for nearly 20 years, serving more than 60 well-known enterprises including China Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, China National Resources Recycling Development Co., Ltd., Henan Circular Economy Group, Haier, and TCL. Meanwhile, its technologies and equipment are widely used by waste electrical and electronic disposal enterprises in many countries such as India, Brazil, Spain, Turkey, Malaysia, Mauritius, and Rwanda. After 7 generations of technological upgrades, Wanon Technology has provided more than 100 sets of waste household appliance recycling and dismantling production lines to the world, and has served the dismantling of a total of 130 million waste household appliances, contributing to the development of the global household appliance circular economy.

This project marks Vary Tech’s second complete WEEE plant in Guizhou and a key milestone in its green partnership with Guizhou Zhengxin Environment in Western China.
The project will dramatically elevate Guizhou’s WEEE processing capacity and standards while boosting recycling efficiency and plastic reuse market maturity. This accelerates the industry’s shift toward standardization, resource recovery, and sustainability, injecting new momentum into Guizhou’s green economy.
Moving forward, Vary Tech will uphold its philosophy of technological innovation and service excellence, collaborating with partners across Guizhou and China to advance sustainable e-waste recycling.
