Advantages:
1.Emission Reduction

The amount of flue gas emitted by oxygen-free pyrolysis is only about 1/10 of that by incineration. The fuel used for heating the pyrolysis furnace is the purified pyrolysis gas, whose emitted hazardous elements (dust, SO2, NOx, heavy metals, etc.) are negligible. 
2.Energy Saving
The pyrolysis temperature is significantly lower than the incineration temperature. The heat loss from the emissions of the hot blast stove, after multi-gradient utilization, is extremely low, generally, the energy consumption needed for material pyrolysis is about 15% of that for incineration. 
3.Carbon Sequestration
The biomass is carbonized and stored in the soil through oxygen-free pyrolysis, significantly increasing the soil's carbon sequestration and fertility preservation ability while addressing the challenges of straw burning.
4.Inhibition of Dioxins and Heavy Metals 
The absence of oxygen in solid waste pyrolysis inhibits the synthesis of dioxins; heavy metals are transformed from the exchangeable state to more stable forms such as residue, almost all solidified in the char. 

5.High Output Efficiency with Flexible Applications 
The pyrolysis furnace is more suited for small and medium-scale applications, making project site selection and establishment easier and facilitating the non-destructive recovery of metals such as copper, aluminum, and iron. It yields high resource output efficiency.
