Desciption

For the scrapped vehicles to be treated, the professional pretreatment equipment are used to classify and recover the fuel, engine oil and other liquids left in the vehicle, and then the various assemblies and other parts are removed. The body of scrapped vehicle is put into the crusher for whole machine through the feeding device, and the body is broken to the strip lump, then crushed into the integrated equipment of vertical crushing, kneading and cyclone separation. The materials of steel, copper, aluminum, plastic, chemical fiber, leather and foam are fully detached from the body, and then classified and recovered after subsequent magnetic separation, eddy current separation, secondary separation and the separation by special screening system.

2012
The first mechanized dismantling production line for scrapped automobilesn in China was built.
2015
The introduction of foreign advanced anaerobic pyrolysis technology explored the road of urban and rural domestic waste recycling.
2017
Changsha County urban and rural waste classification resource utilization industrial base was set up,  processing of somestic waste 300 T/D.
2018
The oxygen-free pyrolysis equipment has been successfully used in the treatment of hazardous waste packaging, paint contaminated waste and other organic solid waste.
2021
The large oxygen-free pyrolysis equipment for processing  municipal sludge and oil sludgehas been put into operation.
2022
The “Lighthouse Plant” of  Qingdao Haier, the most advanced  automatic dismantling lines of large refrigerator in China was put into operation; A large-scale continuous pyrolysis line for waste tire  was put into operation.
