Recently, Vary Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Vary Tech”) announced a pivotal strategic adjustment. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vary Solid Waste Treatment Co., Ltd., has been officially upgraded to Vary Resource Circulation Group Co., Ltd. Concurrently, multiple downstream deep-processing industries from Vary Tech’s Miluo and Chenzhou bases have been fully integrated into this new entity. This move marks a new era of independent, group-based development for Vary Tech’s resource circulation sector and establishes the group as the first enterprise in Hunan Province to be named for "Resource Circulation," further strengthening its commitment to Environmental Compliance.

The core of this upgrade, Vary Solid Waste, is a backbone enterprise in the field of solid waste resource utilization. As an industry leader, it is recognized as a key national recycling enterprise and a pilot for Hunan’s recycling system. Notably, it was the first in the province to receive the “Green Sorting Center for Recyclable Resources” certification, consistently delivering Innovative Recycling Solutions.
Through years of development, the company has built a formidable technical moat and a Sustainable Supply Chain: In 2009, it was selected as one of the first pilot enterprises for waste household appliance dismantling under the national “Home Appliances for Old” program.
In 2012, it successfully developed the first domestic rapid dismantling machine for end-of-life vehicles and built the first mechanized dismantling production line for end-of-life vehicles in China, becoming a national “Urban Mining” demonstration project.
In 2018, Vary Rili New Materials (Hunan) Co., Ltd. was established as one of the four licensed waste plastic recycling and processing enterprises in the Miluo Circular Economy Industrial Park. In the same year, the waste material recycling system constructed and operated by the company in Changsha County was awarded the title of National Demonstration County for Domestic Waste Classification and Resource Utilization. In addition, the company serves as a technical provider for rural waste management models in national ecological civilization construction demonstration zones.

Through this upgrade, the former Vary Solid Waste has transformed from a single business execution entity into a group platform capable of independent strategic decision-making, capital operation and industrial chain integration, laying a foundation for future national layout and capital operations.
Chairman Ming Guoying stated: “Upgrading Vary Solid Waste to a Resource Circulation Group is a strategic milestone aligned with China's 'Dual Carbon' goals. We are deploying our most mature assets and core teams to broader markets. The parent company will provide comprehensive support in technology, capital, and branding to empower the new group’s growth.”
He emphasized that this adjustment is not merely a change in name and status, but a key step in the company’s strategic upgrading from an “equipment manufacturing and environmental service provider” to a “circular economy ecological platform operator”. It reflects an industrial paradigm revolution from “linear development” to “circular symbiosis”.
As the first resource circulation group established in Hunan Province, the new group undertakes the special mission of integrating provincial resources and improving industry concentration. It will change the fragmented, scattered and weak situation of the traditional resource recycling industry. Relying on Vary Tech’s strong technological background, the group will build and operate a complete industrial closed loop from “source recycling” to “resource utilization”. The closed loop consists of two subsystems: a front-end full-category recycling network system and a back-end diversified resource processing system. Driven by dual engines and supported by each other, they ensure efficient operation of the closed loop and form a full industrial chain model integrating “recycling – sorting – processing – high-value utilization”.
Over 20 years of development, Vary Tech has formed three core series of technical equipment: mechanical crushing and sorting, rapid biodegradation, and oxygen-free pyrolysis.
