Recently, at the equipment manufacturing base of Vary Tech, two automatic waste refrigerator recycling and dismantling lines and two automatic waste air conditioner dismantling lines, customized for Chongqing Yumei Xinneng Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd., have been fully assembled and are being delivered in batches to the Midea Green Circular Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. This delivery marks the extension of Midea's home appliance business from "recycling" to "recycling + dismantling" by Yumei Xinneng, closing the full green loop for Midea's home appliances.
As an active participant in the first batch of national producer responsibility programs for home appliance manufacturers, Midea has established an efficient "Internet plus recycling" system to address the challenge of recycling waste home appliances.
However, waste home appliances recycling is only the starting point. The realization of resource utilization and harmless treatment of waste home appliances stands as the key to building a full-chain green circular system.

After commissioning, the automatic waste refrigerator recycling and dismantling line achieves a non-ferrous metal recovery rate of 98%, a plastic sorting rate of 97%, and an iron recovery rate of 99%. These high-purity recycled materials will re-enter the manufacturing cycle, truly turning waste into valuable resources.

It serves as an important platform for Chongqing Yumei Xinneng Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. to fulfill Midea's extended producer responsibility for home appliances, and a key measure for the green and low-carbon transformation of the entire value chain.
