Benchmarking against the highest global standards of FDA and the EU, it controls product safety at an ultra-strict precision of one part per million. Adhering to a zero-tolerance safety culture, Vary Tech has quietly occupied half of China’s yogurt cup market, and built an unbreakable cost moat through extreme automation and large-scale production.
Thirty-five years of industrial accumulation embodies Vary Tech’s perseverance in pursuing upgrading in every detail. As early as 2014, Vary Tech independently developed a new flat-bottom paper-plastic cup to solve pain points such as plasticizer migration and liquid leakage, upgrading the quality of thin-wall packaging at the same cost. Starting from 2016, it took the lead in introducing German in-mold labeling injection lines and built lights-out factories equipped with full-automatic visual inspection systems. In two Class 100,000 clean workshops, robotic arms and AGVs work collaboratively with MES, WMS and ERP systems fully interconnected. Through systematic transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, Vary Tech has deeply integrated into the supply chain ecosystem of China’s leading dairy and beverage enterprises, forming a nationwide industrial safety network.

Such resilience across cycles stems from Vary Tech’s continuous breakthroughs in technological blind spots and its redefinition of industry standards over two decades.
In 2004, Vary Tech stepped into the uncharted territory of e-waste recycling. From purchasing patents from Beihang University to set up an R&D department, to the appraisal of China’s first physical circuit board recycling technology in 2007, Vary Tech eliminated the technological blind spot in this field. By establishing professional disposal bases in Shenzhen, Wuxi, Hong Kong and other regions, it realized the generational upgrade from manual disassemble to mechanical crushing, sorting and physical recycling, securing absolute dominance in precious metal recovery and laying its first leading industrial cornerstone.
In 2009, Vary Tech became one of the first designated home appliance disassembling enterprises for the national old-for-new policy. In 2010, its first complete set of harmless disposal and resource recycling technology and equipment for waste refrigerators passed technical appraisal. In 2012, China’s first mechanized end-of-life vehicle disassembling line was completed. Vary Tech achieved the leap from single-point breakthrough to systematic standard building. Relying on the National Local Joint Engineering Research Center approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, it successively conquered two world-class challenges: harmless disposal of waste refrigerators and integral crushing of end-of-life vehicles. With core technologies filling domestic gaps, it has delivered a mature urban mine operation model and reshaped the value of urban mineral resources.
Since 2015, Vary Tech has launched systematic service upgrading, deeply engaging in urban and rural solid waste sectors relying on core technologies of oxygen-free pyrolysis and MBT.
Starting from a hundred-ton mixed waste pilot project in Changsha County, to a solid and hazardous waste disposal plant with an annual capacity of 109,000 tons, and further to a domestic waste harmless disposal plant of 220,000 tons per year, Vary Tech’s three core technologies have expanded to more than 30 fields including sludge, oily sludge, waste tires and waste plastics. With cutting-edge technologies, it not only helped Changsha County’s blue waste sorting system win national demonstration recognition, but also assisted Haier in building the world’s first home appliance recycling lighthouse factory. Evolving from single technological breakthrough to systematic integrated services, Vary Tech turns waste into resources and builds a real closed loop for urban green development.
After 2023, Vary Tech entered a new era of serving new energy and committing to carbon neutrality. With the operation of its first high-efficiency crushing and sorting equipment for waste lithium batteries, and as the only Chinese member of IBTC innovating biomass carbonization technology, it has formally stepped into the core field of carbon neutrality. At present, Vary Tech cooperates with China National Resources Recycling Group to drive industrial intelligent upgrading via AI plus home appliance disassembly technology, and joins hands with industry giants such as Midea to build another lighthouse-level demonstration project. From being invited to the INC-5 conference to promote chemical recycling of waste plastics, to its domestic leading domestic waste molecular membrane fermentation warehouse technology, Vary Tech continues to demonstrate its demeanor as an industry leader through technological innovation.
From filling technological gaps to setting industry standards, from focusing on a single sector to serving the full solid waste field, Vary Tech has spent two decades refining three core technologies — mechanical crushing and sorting, rapid biodegradation and oxygen-free pyrolysis — into the technical pillar supporting circular economy development in China and across the globe.

In March 2026, Vary Solid Waste, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was upgraded to Vary Resource Recycling Group.
