A customized waste refrigerator recycling and disassembly line developed by Vary Tech for a leading e-waste treatment enterprise in India has officially passed acceptance and commenced operation—marking a significant milestone in the company's global expansion strategy.

From container shipment at Changsha Port to successful commissioning at the project site near New Delhi, Vary Tech has demonstrated the efficiency and professionalism of a world-class Chinese enterprise. Under full-load operation, the line processes up to 120 waste refrigerators per hour—a 200% capacity increase compared to the first generation of Vary Tech e-waste equipment exported to India. This not only sets a new efficiency benchmark for India's e-waste treatment sector but also aligns precisely with the customer's strategic capacity planning goals.
The line integrates a combined process of twin-shaft shredding, vertical crushing, and multi-stage sorting, achieving 100% high-purity recovery of all materials—including iron, copper, aluminum, and plastics. Meeting stringent reuse standards, the system delivers substantial economic and environmental benefits to the client while supporting the transition toward a circular economy.

With an annual processing capacity of 300,000 units, the project addresses the critical shortage of high-end disassembly capacity in India and helps eliminate pollution caused by informal recycling workshops. Combining large-scale capacity with strong regulatory compliance, the line meets international green standards and empowers local partners to secure EPR partnerships with global brands such as LG and Panasonic—cementing a new benchmark for the industry.

Vary Tech's commitment extends beyond equipment delivery—it offers a comprehensive full life-cycle service solution. During the 2026 Spring Festival, the company's senior engineering team was on-site in India to oversee installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring a seamless launch.
To further strengthen its service capabilities, Vary Tech established Hunan Hongjiang Engineering Service Co., Ltd. at the end of 2025, focusing on life-cycle service enhancement and value chain extension. To date, Vary Tech has delivered over 150 waste appliance recycling lines globally, processing a cumulative total of 130 million units. Its business footprint spans Spain, Turkey, Malaysia, India, Mauritius, Rwanda, Brazil, and beyond.
The successful launch of the India project reaffirms the strong adaptability of Vary Tech's technology across diverse regulatory landscapes. It not only marks another milestone in the company's global expansion but also symbolizes a joint effort between China and India to build an intelligent appliance recycling system aligned with both Indian environmental regulations and EU standards—setting a new model for green industrial cooperation.
