The equipment is applicable to the harmless and reduced recycling of municipal sludge produced by urban sewage treatment plants, underground pipe networks and river channels, and industrial sludge produced by paper making, printing and dyeing, leather and down feather industries.

The dried sludge is transferred into the pyrolysis system. With the oxygen-free pyrolysis technology, the organic components in the sludge are heated and decomposed, resulting in carbon fracture, producing the pyrolytic gas and solid pyrolytic carbon. The pyrolytic gas flows into the hot blast stove to produce hot air and heat the pyrolysis furnace. The rest can be directly discharged or transferred into the waste heat utilization system to produce the heat transfer oil, hot water and steam for drying sludge. On the premise of safety, environmental protection and stable operation, the sludge is finally transformed into pyrolytic carbon and other main products through anaerobic pyrolysis technology, so as to realize the harmless and reduced recycling.

“Physical recovery technology and equipment of waste printed circuit board” was identified as “The first in China, reaching the international advanced level”.
The “uutomatic production line of environmental treatment and resource recovery of waste printed circuit board” won the “National Information Industry Major Technological Invention” award.
Vary Tech became the first batch of waste appliances dismantling enterprises.
“Waste refrigerator harmless treatment and resource recovery technology and equipment” has identified as “Fill the domestic gap and reach the international advanced level”.
“Scrapped car body overall crushing and comprehensive recycling technology and production line” is identified as “Fill the domestic gap and reach the international advanced level.”
The first mechanized dismantling production line for scrapped automobilesn in China was built.
The introduction of foreign advanced anaerobic pyrolysis technology explored the road of urban and rural domestic waste recycling.
Changsha County urban and rural waste classification resource utilization industrial base was set up,  processing of somestic waste 300 T/D.
The oxygen-free pyrolysis equipment has been successfully used in the treatment of hazardous waste packaging, paint contaminated waste and other organic solid waste.
The large oxygen-free pyrolysis equipment for processing  municipal sludge and oil sludgehas been put into operation.
The “Lighthouse Plant” of  Qingdao Haier, the most advanced  automatic dismantling lines of large refrigerator in China was put into operation; A large-scale continuous pyrolysis line for waste tire  was put into operation.
