Pyrolysis process
After the paint bucket is crushed and sorted, the paint slag is sent to the batch or semi-continuous pyrolysis reactor. The paint slag decomposed in the oxygen-free area at the temperature of (400-650) ℃, generating pyrolytic gas and pyrolytic carbon. The pyrolytic gas is divided into non-condensing gas and condensable liquid by the condensation system. The non-condensing gas is returned to the combustion chamber of pyrolysis reactor for heating. Some of the waste gas is reused for heating and the other is discharged to the tail gas treatment system. The condensable liquid is divided into pyrolytic oil and pyrolytic water through the oil-water separation system. The pyrolytic oil can be sold as a product, and the pyrolytic water is reused after treatment.
